EXCLUSIVE: Khushi Kapoor CREDITS sister Janhvi Kapoor for the viral Loveyapa reel with father Boney Kapoor; says, “It wasn’t something planned”

Khushi Kapoor did her schooling at Mumbai’s École Mondiale World School. She later did a year acting course at the New York Film Academy in New York City, in 2019. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Khushi Kapoor opens up about the marketing ideas that her sister Janhvi Kapoor gives.

Talking about the viral reel on Loveyapa featuring Janhvi Kapoor and Boney Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor said, “I’m quite loud at home, but I think outside, I’m quite the opposite. I think she was quite excited to see me play someone really fiery like that. She hasn’t seen the movie yet, but she’s been extremely supportive through everything, reposting everything. So yeah, I think she is very excited.”

Talking about Boney Kapoor’s special appearances in Loveyapa reels, Khushi Kapoor said, “That was all Janhvi! She directed that whole reel. We sat and recorded this in my dad’s closet, and we were just like, ‘Okay, let’s make a quick impromptu thing.’ And I feel like those last-minute things somehow end up being the funniest moments. But it wasn’t even something we had planned!”

Khushi mentions being tagged at reels of families & siblings which proves the reel made quite an impact. “Because I’m getting tagged in so many posts—siblings and families with their fathers doing and recreating the same thing in the background. And it’s so funny! But yeah, it was quite a fun moment.”

Khushi Kapoor is gearing up for her upcoming film Loveyapa. She will be co-starring with Junaid Khan playing Baani. Khushi made her OTT debut in Zoya Akhtar’s Archies.
